Katy Thomas
Katy converted to the Catholic faith thanks to the virtuous efforts of her college outreach ministry in Dahlonega, GA. She is so blessed to have found her home in the Catholic Church. In her free time, she enjoys being with friends, listening to podcasts, and learning different foreign languages. Katy is honored to be Abide's leader and is excited to serve in this role!
Janelle Adams
Janelle graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Business Management in 2020. She’s been an insurance sales agent for the past five years. In her free time, you can find her singing with the choir of Holy Family in Marietta at the 10:30am mass or you might stumble upon her reading a book or practicing the piano. Janelle is blessed to be an assistant leader of Abide and looks forward to the future of this ministry!
Matthew Porter
Matthew Porter graduated from Purdue University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Statistics and the University of Chicago in 2019 with a Master’s in Analytics. He has worked at Epsilon as a data scientist for the past three years. He loves hiking, pickleball, and golfing in the summer and bar trivia and karaoke in the winter. A cradle Catholic and native of the Chicago area, he moved to Georgia in 2022.
Brian grew up in the Johns Creek and Atlanta Area. He is an internal auditor and graduated from the University of Georgia. Brian loves college football and is a proud Dawgs fan. His favorite devotions are the Holy Rosary and the Immaculate Heart. Brian currently assists with the Men’s Group.
